Design 34/50 Creativity 29/30 Aesthetics 15/20 Use of Gimmick 16/20 - [Location] (5/5) - [Adjective] (5/5) - [NPC](5/5) - [Other Choice] (1/5) 94/120 The aquarium is decent, and provides a nice difficulty with the set-ups with the layer attachments that not people use. I did not see any resemblance to a Mansion at all. Design 36/50 Creativity 30/30 Aesthetics 15/20 Use of Gimmick 15/20 - [Location] (5/5) - [Adjective] (5/5) - [NPC](0/5) - [Other Choice] (5/5) 96/120 An nice walk along the snowy reaches where you meet a family of toads that take you in during the freezing winter. Can they also survive the winter that no one else has? There is no piece of enemies in the level, but the timeing puzzles are a nice touch. Touching a frozen toad shatters them which actually hurts on an emmotional level. The level can be played without hitting any toads though. Design 13/50 Creativity 24/30 Aesthetics 5/20 Use of Gimmick 20/20 - [Location] (5/5) - [Adjective] (5/5) - [NPC](5/5) - [Other Choice] (5/5) 62/120 This level has a decent ice path way in which everything is icy. The use of spike tops was interesting since you do not see them above ground. Not much to say besides you can grab the star in such a way that you can kill yourself. Design 24/50 Creativity 21/30 Aesthetics 5/20 Use of Gimmick 20/20 - [Location] (5/5) - [Adjective] (5/5) - [NPC](5/5) - [Other Choice] (5/5) 70/120 The is a generic puzzle which has a second star that does not even count for the total. Not much can be said besides the puzzle being a more of a challenge than the exploding bullet bills. Design 48/50 Creativity 29/30 Aesthetics 20/20 Use of Gimmick 20/20 - [Location] (5/5) - [Adjective] (5/5) - [NPC](5/5) - [Other Choice] (1/5) 113/120 A nice use of Crash Bandicoot Nitro blocks and a wall jump that is actually decent. The use of Peach's height was also used in a nice way. Some of the set-ups were harder than the rest though leaving the level like the difficulty curve was more of a sine wave than an exponential curve that most levels and games should have. It felt like it should be more Kaizo game or Pit-hack, but not so challenging that it can be done under 40 attempts. Design 43/50 Creativity 13/30 Aesthetics 20/20 Use of Gimmick 13/20 - [Location] (5/5) - [Adjective] (0/5) - [NPC](5/5) - [Other Choice] (3/5) 89/120 The rocky climb did not feel like it was underground; it felt more like an asteroid in space. The level was fun in it's own right and even had a nice secret. Claiming the secret propeller block makes the level a ton easier and it even becomes possible to skip large portions of the level through the bridges. Just watch out for stray shells.
