1. Telekinetic Aquarium Wow, an "attach to layer" level that's not super buggy. A solid gimmick that kept escalating while staying consistent. Bravo! I'm iffy on the atmosphere, though. The Solarean Heights The gameplay is nonexistent, but the rest is nice. The "gimmick" serves the story well, and there's a lot of pretty little aesthetic touches. Ice Bridge You certainly included everything you needed to, but the level as a whole is directionless. It's a parade of random underutilized enemies on a boring bridge. However the choice to force the player to play as Luigi is interesting as it raises many enigmatic and proto-symbolic questions such as: why you do dat? Bring in the Bullets It's mega barebones in the graphics department, but the puzzles are actually really interesting. I feel like you could do even more with this exploding bullet stuff - but the level ends at a nice point and feels complete. (note: I may have cheesed the last puzzle by standing on the pipe? If that was intended: clever!) The Ol' Switcheroo This is tough stuff. I'm not sure how much fun I was having by the end. I deffo gave up trying to do it in one take. Still, it's a good kind of hard. The "oh dang that was my fault" kind of hard. Rocky Rocky Run This level embodies both "solidly designed" and "generic as all hell". It's a nice romp that doesn't do too much or too little. Also: the yoshi in the bonus area makes it super easy to fly right to the end.
