FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL WINDOW:
While the current window is open, press Press Alt+PrntScreen. Then go to Paint and click paste. Your picture/window should be displayed.
FOR THE ENTIRE COMPUTER SCREEN:
While the current window is open, press Ctrl + PrintScreen. Then go Paint and click paste. Your entire computer screen should be displayed.
