It's the tale of our ancestors, and the hero who saved them, and our race.
It tells of a great calamity of our land, and when our race was pushed to near extinction.
Yet, it also tells of the hero, who appeared before our ancestors, and in only 3 days, saved our race from annhiliaton.
After that day, the hero left, never to be seen again, only to be reconginzed in fable.

Yet the fable also tells of his actions before he left. 
It was said before he left our land, he set up the Hero's Trials, a series of challanges set before the next hero of our land.
To train him, to teach him the ways of the old, so that our land would remain safe...
