(This was typed on December 24, 2018.) So, when I got 100% OJ about 3½ years ago (in the middle of 2015), it was 75% off on Steam, looked cute, and I asked some people if there was any smokes or extreme profanity in it, and I was told no. Turned out there was some minor profanity in the Campaign stories, but that was okay, and best of all, it was indeed smoke-free, at the time. However, I eventually played some other games in the OJ franchise, and was highly annoyed to find that Arthur was holding a smoke in his portrait in QP Shooting - Dangerous. I was like, "Seriously?!", since his one picture in 100% Orange Juice on the For the Future of the Toy Store card didn't show him smoking. Then later, in 200% Mixed Juice, Arthur is smoking again, along with Dirue, and this of course has me worried that they'll bring their smokes with them if they were ever added as playable characters in 100% OJ. So, with every new DLC, I'm always paranoid about this happening, but for a while, 100% OJ continued remain smoke-free. ...Until the middle of 2018, when out of nowhere, Tequila has a completely unexpected cigar show up in one of his poses. And, as expected, when I complained about this in the Discussions thread, I'm immediately chewed out by the majority of the OJ community, and do you know how bad that makes me feel? To have one of my favorite smoke-free games suddenly no longer be smoke-free, and for so many people to criticize me for complaining about this? At least it was just one pose, and Roadhog360 provided me with a mod to turn that cigar into a kazoo, which helped for a while. But then, come December 2018, Nico and Arthur are added as playable, and as I feared, Arthur did indeed bring his cig, and not only does he brandish it with several of his poses, but it appears on every single logo and card where he's pictured, including Crossed Christmases, Santa Scramble, both of his Hypers, and the event-exclusive card Grown-up Snowball Fight. Seriously, there's no reason to add smokers to a game that's supposed to be "cute". It's the exact opposite of cute, and highly offensive to me. I have a deep loathing of those lung cancer sticks, as they're just so vile and disgusting. I can't seem to ever get away from them in real life (one of my parents smokes, and there are often people smoking just outside of entrances to stores or other public buildings that I need to enter), and I hate seeing them at all, even in works of fiction. (Oh, and in real life, I certainly wouldn't want to shop at a toy store where the owner is always standing just outside of it while smoking, or participate in a snowball fight with a smoker.) At least when Solid Snake joined the Super Smash Bros. gang in Brawl, he did not bring his smokes with him, so why couldn't Tequila and especially Arthur have left them behind when they joined 100% OJ? Argh... It's gonna take a ton of modding to get rid of all of these additional cigs from the graphics... Why did this have to happen to this previously smoke-free game?
